SHIPSAFE is designed around local analysis, explicit folder access, and restrained data handling.
Core project scanning happens on your Mac.
Your source and findings are not sent to ProjectZeus Production.
The app communicates through a protected loopback connection on your device.
SHIPSAFE analyzes files in folders that you explicitly select. Its deterministic scan and report generation run locally on your Mac.
ProjectZeus Production does not operate an SHIPSAFE account service and does not collect your source code, scan findings, or project reports. The app does not include advertising identifiers or developer-operated analytics.
The Mac App Store edition uses the macOS sandbox and asks you to choose a folder. Access is read-only for scanning. Reports and optional history are stored in the app’s sandboxed container.
AI assistance is disabled by default. The current Mac App Store edition does not require AI to perform its deterministic scan. Apple may process purchase and optional diagnostic information under Apple’s own policies.
The app’s interface is served only on your Mac through a token-protected loopback connection. No security tool can promise absolute protection; review findings before acting on them.
